Wish there were more shows from 1983 as well as 1982 and 1984.

I do have some Too Tough-era live stuff, and did a published interview with them then, in Detroit, at Traxx. It's on tape.

Interesting you said 4 songs were missing: 27 songs is just around what their usual long set would often be. I was at this one, don't remember much of it except the punky dressed-up scenesters (many of whom were messed-up), so I couldn't say what was missing, if anything. I was only 20 years old then. Also saw B-52's around that time, either at the Grand Circus or the Madison.

Oh--someone PLEASE note this; it's slightly related. That Ramones '91 Detroit show was at the State Theater in Detroit. There was NOT, and never has been, and area venue named 'Club X'. It's possible that Canadian station CIMX-FM used that phrase in promotion, but I was there, and it was at the State. This is easy to verify, but I'm just so surprised that fans grab info and don't validate it at all.

Hello. Well, if recording doesn't include Blitzkrieg Bop then you know there's something wrong. :D I have this cool site in my links:

The State Theater hosted many concerts for the Windsor, Ontario alternative radio station, 88.7
89-X. These events were often refered to as Club X shows. I was also at this show for the Ramones, in 1983, at the Grande Circus Theater. I caught one of Johnny's picks. I believe this was one of the last shows at the Grande Circus Theater before it closed for good as a Concert Theater. It is now the Detroit Opera House.
